What You’ll Do
- Support annotation, clinical review, model evaluation, and user-feedback investigation
- Contribute to taxonomy/guideline development and other clinical product work as needs evolve
- Work directly with engineers, PMs, clinical scientists, and other clinicians
Requirements
- US based and able to practice in the US
- Recent inpatient bedside RN experience
- Broad clinical exposure across different inpatient populations, not overly specialized
- Self-starter with high ownership of ambiguous clinical questions
- Proactive and engaged, comfortable speaking up about issues and opportunities
- Rigorous and detail-oriented with ability to apply clinical logic consistently
- Curious and adaptable, interested in learning how products/models work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Able to reliably dedicate minimum 10 hours per week
