Overview

micro1 is seeking AI Generalist Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on improving next-generation AI systems. You'll apply professional experience and problem-solving skills to complete real-world tasks, evaluate AI outputs, and provide structured feedback that helps improve how AI models understand and perform practical tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Execute real-world digital workflows involving online platforms, products, and services
• Use AI tools to complete assigned tasks and evaluate their performance
• Perform online purchasing, payment, and cancellation workflows when required, following project guidelines
• Document task execution through screenshots, observations, and structured feedback
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in AI-generated outputs
• Provide clear, detailed feedback to improve AI accuracy and real-world usability
• Complete multiple assignments independently while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements

• Hands-on experience using AI tools
• Strong digital literacy and confidence navigating online platforms and applications
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong written communication and documentation abilities
• Comfortable completing real-world purchasing and cancellation tasks, including using personal payment methods under approved reimbursement procedures
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and maintain good weekly availability
