Salary Insight
$7/hr is low for full-time work in most developed economies, and unusually low even for contract-based data annotation. This signals either a global contractor marketplace (where rates vary by region) or high volume/low barrier work. Research whether candidates in your region typically earn significantly more for similar work before committing time to the assessment.

Application Tip
This is largely an assessment-based hire — the application just clears you to take the test. Spend your effort on the assessment itself: demonstrate both precision (exact reasoning, no guesses) and clarity (explain *why* a model answer is wrong, not just what the right answer is). They're hiring for annotation quality, so show that you can spot subtle logical flaws and explain them in plain English. Mention any professional writing or analytical work in your CV, even if it seems tangential.
