What You’ll Do

Join a small team shipping real, production AI systems — not demos or thin API wrappers.
Build agent architectures, orchestration systems, and enterprise AI deployments.
Work on retrieval, evaluation, and reliability infrastructure for LLM-powered products.
Work directly with founders, CTOs, and product leaders to shape technical direction.

Requirements

A track record of shipping production AI systems, not proof-of-concepts.
Understanding of the real tradeoffs behind LLM tooling, beyond the hype.
Not a fit for early-career engineers or developers focused mainly on templated AI wrappers.

Salary Insight
