Overview
Domaine is an agency running lifecycle marketing — email and SMS — for eCommerce and retail clients, hiring a strategist to own the full lifecycle roadmap and client relationship for a portfolio of accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Build and own a comprehensive lifecycle strategy across email and SMS for growth, activation, retention, and revenue.
- Run evidence-based testing to keep performance improving month over month.
- Maintain channel health — audience segmentation, list hygiene, and deliverability.
- Manage complex Klaviyo logic, technical production, and client reporting.
Requirements
- 4+ years in strategic planning, email/SMS marketing, and full-cycle campaign management, ideally agency-side.
- eCommerce or retail lifecycle marketing experience is critical.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or Iterable, Braze, Attentive, Postscript).
- Strong analytical skills paired with strong writing — this role does both.
