What You’ll Do

Own the visual and editorial quality bar across every post, video, essay, and episode.
Run paid social budgets and A/B/C testing across Meta, Instagram, and other platforms.
Produce a case study for every client engagement across the studios.
Direct freelance editors, designers, and animators like a showrunner.
Own the company's Substack, podcast, and website strategy end to end.

Requirements

8+ years in marketing, content, or brand leadership inside creative studios, agencies, or founder-led companies.
A design background and comfort producing your own visual assets in Figma when needed.
Short-form video fluency — shipped work for Reels, TikTok, or Shorts and can explain why it performed.
Hands-on paid social experience, including budget ownership and structured testing.
