Overview
micro1 is hiring graphic designers to contribute creative expertise on a customer project focused on training AI systems. You'll create high-quality visual assets and design materials to help shape how next-generation AI models learn and perform.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality visual assets aligned with provided guidelines and brand standards
- Assess and critique existing graphic materials with actionable insights for improvement
- Create digital illustrations, layouts, and graphics for diverse applications
- Document and communicate creative decisions and design rationales clearly
- Collaborate with project stakeholders via written and verbal channels
- Participate in iterative feedback cycles to refine graphic outputs
- Maintain organized files and deliverables for project handoffs
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, print, and/or branding projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience providing constructive feedback and design critique
- Strong understanding of current design trends, visual storytelling, and user-centered design principles
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work independently in a remote setting
