What You’ll Do

Architect and maintain production Rails applications on Rails 8.
Integrate LLMs into the microservices architecture for state management and real-time user experiences.
Build front-end interactions with Hotwire, StimulusJS, or React for AI-driven features.
Optimize LLM inference for latency and cost using caching and asynchronous processing.

Requirements

5+ years of expert-level Ruby and Ruby on Rails (Rails 6–8 preferred).
Comfortable with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, and Docker.
Experience integrating AI/ML models or LLM frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, Anthropic or xAI APIs) into a web app.
A natural technical leader who mentors teammates and can operate with an entrepreneurial, get-things-done mindset.
